Not possible..  Ext2 is not like FAT. When a file is deleted on a FAT
partition, the first character is wiped from the file and the rest of the
data is left. Therefore making it undeletable (is that a word?)..  Ext2
wipes the whole file.. It gone for good..   

Resort to tape backup..   I hear Quantum's DLT tape drives are really nice..

A normal user deleted some of his own files and now is trying to comit
suicide ;).
