When you say Security Scanning solution, exactly what do you mean ? Things like nmap and nessus are security scanners, but websense does something completely different. Websense acts to restrict what users can or cannot view. Other alternatives would include things like SurfControl , or using access lists (or squidguard) on a squid proxy server.
