Hi Nick, I did a risk assessment on the WebEX product just over a year ago for my former company. It passed on all counts, but turned out to have problems on the network side with bandwidth and I believe with protocols and firewall communication. We got rid of the project and the project manager switched to a different product but I don't know the name.
