Hi, This port is used by a trojan called NetBus that allows anyone to view the content of your hard drive, see what you're typing, aso. Using a firewall is not such a good idea because the trojan remains. To remove it you can use AVP/KAV (AntiViral Toolkit Pro/Kaspersky AntiVirus).
