Well, i don't know the tools you refer. But i can point you to "Analyzer" wich uses WinPcap from NetGroup: http://netgroup-serv.polito.it/netgroup/tools.html
It makes a pretty good report on the packets captured, with descriptions that help you understand the contents in each packet.
