Thank you to all of you who recommended NTOP as a network monitor and traffic analyser. This tool has come a long way since I had seen it. But I am having a problem with the web output.
Ntop 2.0.0 compiled and runs succesfully on my RH Linux 7.2, and traffic is being captured and is able to display on the ntop www server. But none of the graphics or formatting of the web pages is being displayed. Instead, I am getting basic html table output and a text menu #'s 1-25 on the left side of the screen. I have also tried the demo version on Win2k, and it works flawlessly, so I am tempted to use it even though the Linux box is my preferred platform for monitoring. Any ideas on how to fix the web output. Thanks, Damon
