Not wanting to seem un-helpful, but if you can;t answer the question yourself, surely you should be using you skills eleswhere?
TPF, Back-Ice, Zone-Alarm, all do their job, why would you want a separate tool. If you know something about the areas you mention, by advice would be to write a decent vulnerability scanner, market it for a relatively cheap price, and you should get takers. Free Win32 scanners are hard to come by, and lots of people want the point-and-click environment! I hope this helps..
