I also had a problem but found the newest version of bastille to work on my 
netfilter box.

Here are the rpm's to get:
[root@neo bastille]# ls
Bastille-1.3.0-0.10mdk.i386.rpm                
perl-Tk-800.022-11.i386.rpm
Bastille-Tk-module-1.3.0-0.10mdk.i386.rpm

You can get the beta bastille code at sourceforge.net and the perl module at 
bastille-linux.org
