You can turn off the AutoShareServer by changing the following registry key.

HKey_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Lanman
Server\Parameters 
Add a new value - "AutoShareServer" Data Type - REG_DWORD value - 0

Anyone know how to turn off the AutoShareServer in W2K so it doesnt share
