I'm trying to get some insight into some traffic I have seen on my network. Recently I have noticed a large number of inverse queries originating from a single IP targeting my DNS Server. The traffic is detected as fragmented IP packets with a PTR Query to my DNS. Since I haven't seen this particular type of traffic in the past I'm curious if there are any new vulnerabilities that I need to be aware of. While cleaning out my mail last night, I noticed a number of messages regarding BIND vulnerabilities. I was cleaning out about 900 e-mails so I don't know if I missed something important or not. I'm using BIND Version 8 --
