I like the one by Shon Harris: CISSP All-in-One Exam Guide
 
Like always, I don't recommend that it's the ONLY study guide you use (I've got it, 
the one by Kreutz and Vines, a whole boatload of RFCs printed out, etc).
 
To me, the Harris book is better.
 
Just my opinion...
