John- It's extremely easy to spoof the FROM: address. This is no doubt from a spammer who bought or harvested your email address somewhere, and then shoots out mail through an open relay using bogus header information. If you look at the detailed headers, you may be able to glean some information as to whom the real originator of the email may be. Good luck Fred
