I've just deployed Symantec Antivirus Corporate on 2 client networks and I'm very happy with it. Their "System Center" console allows any WinNT/2k machine to control behavior on all desktops/servers. It's highly configurable, and of course definition files can be updated on every machine in an automated fashion. It's notification features are very good too.
