What purpose is the box going to serve? If it is for outgoing traffic only use the IP Security settings in W2000.
Click the network adapter, go to properties, select TCP/IP, Properties, advanced, options, TCP/IP Filtering... Enable filtering, and select permit only...... This results in un-solicited inbound connections being blocked....no firewall needed!
