This is a matter of MF version, OS platform and which Citrix components you
plan to incorporate in your Citrix environment to meet your needs. Citrix is
capable of basic to 128bit SSL/TLS encryption. Depending, if you plan to use
NFuse portal system and/or if you plan to implement NFuse outside of your
company firewall to grant access to internal apps, you will have to look at
Citrix Secure Gateway as an alternative to managing certificates and port
access though a firewall. There is also consideration for which ICA client
you choose; this will change security architecture significantly as it may
be directly related to the NFuse product. Citrix.com KB has some decent
documentation on Citrix security.

Subject: Is Citrix safe?

As far as I know, Citrix is based on SSL which is not considered very safe,
but unfortunately I dont know enough about Citrix. Could anyone please
comment on the security in regards to Citrix?

- AAA
- SSL encryption
- Digital Certificates
- Man-in-middle attack

What is the generel opinion, and why? I need arguments for and against
Citrix, if any?

Regards,
Jesper Sobol
