http://www.nmapwin.org/ - just download, install, install winpcap, then go. I did recently have a problem with it not finding the visual c++ 6 runtime lib but was able to just copy it from another machine (msvcp60.dll I believe) and everything worked great. Gives you both a gui version (wrapper around cmdline version) and a cmdline version.
