Too broad a topic. But if everything is up to date then your decisions
are the only thing left to secure, meaning don't download others CGI's.
Make a list of things your server absolutly needs then disable everything
else. 
Read as much as you can about the services you have left. 
What security mechanisms they have built in. 
Does the default configuration for them suppy more functionality than
you need? 
Basically a less is more approach mixed with common sense goes a 
long way.
