Ftp servers as in the service itself or programs?  Maybe wu-ftp, etc., but
programs like ProFTPD have not had a big history of major exploits to put it
in the top 10.  It looks like you're talking about services and protocols,
rather than programs for the most part.  Not that these don't qualify as
problems or shouldn't make a list, but were we talking about programs only?
This list seems to expand into other areas, so we may end up just talking
about listing things like "Any system with a connection to another system,
especially the Internet" and "Any system in a public system".
