Yes, but they're similar enough to run together in the memory and I did
not take the precaution to check what I had. Someone else already let me
know of my error, but thank you just the same.

So it seems my lesson for today is: Check your data before you put your
foot in your mouth.

How PINE handles setting the configuration feels archaic. I don't know
about you, but to set something, I end up wading through several screens
of options and miss it the first time anyway.

If all you're doing is managing an address book or checking mail, it's not
too bad. However, it's still not the (comparatively) pretty iconograpic
point-and-click interface which is associated with 'user-friendly' and
'intuitive'. (Note: What's intuitive for me or you isn't necessarily
intuitive to the company secretary or the CFO.)

So that takes care of the portability issue.

How would you compare the security of PC-Pine to PINE on *nix? Is PC-Pine
just a port of PINE to Windows* or is there added functionality? Do you
think there's anything in the port (or anything that may have been added)
that could make it any more or less secure than running it on a *nix
server?
