  if I am not wrong (pls tell me if so) Microsoft encrypt the ssl private key with DES 
or tri-DES (strong)?

  Brute forcing the key means you have to try out each key input to the DES algo? Use 
openSSL to find out more about the export file first. tools that bruteforce DES should 
be easily available or you can code one yourself ;)
