Good catch! I think the right solution would be to add
$(JDK_TOPDIR)/src/aix/porting to LIBAWT_DIRS. This will also add the
directory automatically to LIBAWT_CFLAGS.

I'll prepare a final webrev with all the proposed changes tomorrow.
