Code Review Request: 8145344: Add SHA1/224 to preferred provider list in java.security for solaris-sparc

Hi,

Could I have a review of the quick change that adds SHA1 and SHA224 to 
the solaris-sparc preferred providers list and a minor change to handle 
algorithms with two names, like SHA1 and SHA-1.
