This is a P2 regression introduced by JDK-8254717. In `RSAKeyFactory.engineGetKeySpec`, when the key is a RSA key and the KeySpec is RSAPrivateKeySpec or RSAPrivateCrtKeySpec. The method behavior is described as follow:
