I propose that we aim for a release of the Java and C++ libraries on 7th March (a Sunday). That's roughly 2 and a half weeks from now. (Very ambitious, but why not aim for something!)
The version will be 1.1 for both libraries. The documentation will indicate that the signature code is stable - this is a bug-fix for both libraries - and that the Encryption code is in beta.
Whatever date we agree on, the following needs to be done :
1) Site update. I'm nearly done on the C++ stuff, we just have to organise for the Java code.
2) Integration of the various bug fixes that are outstanding on the list.
3) A check to ensure I caught everything in the re-license.
