SFW is a consolidation name had has ZERO relationship to where things go in the filesystem. /usr/sfw is EOF and stuff is moving (quite quickly now) out of there into / or /usr as appropriate. /opt/sfw is/was only ever used by the companion CD. FreeRADIUS server would be installed into the appropriate places in / and /usr. -- Darren J Moffat
