I suspect it is related to the new SMF service, svc:/system/rbac. This is supposed to merge existing entries with those installed in new packages. If you can repeat the failure or explain how to reproduce it I'll file a bug report. Did you modify either the prof_attr or exec_attr files since you installed the system?
