Are you sure about that ? A separate sshd runs in every zone. If you are sure then please send the syslog.conf files from the global zone and non global zone. Please also tell us what "loghost" resolves to in the global zone and finally please send some sample log messages that you believe should have been in the global zone but you saw in the non global zone.
