I know the punchin code is in Solaris, but it's not very useful without the server/daemon portion to connect to.
I'm working on a project where we are implementing support for IPSEC/IKE clients, and currently the support includes Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, and OpenSwan on Ubuntu. We could add a (Open)Solaris server in our topology to support (Open)Solaris clients/servers, but I was first curious if the IPSEC/IKE on it would talk to any of the other mentioned protocols as-is. Can (Open)Solaris talk to any of these with it's IPSEC/IKE protocol? I must say that I was quite pleased with how easy it was to setup a standard Ubuntu desktop system with IPSEC/IKE, I only had to change about half a dozen params and it worked perfect. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org _______________________________________________ security-discuss mailing list [email protected]
