Thanks. The problem is that I open all tcp/udp ports for this IP but the user 
still can't connect and I can't see connections from this IP 
in /var/log/messeges. Do I need to config something about protocols? or could 
it be a problem about de router?

Next week, on monday, I will trying again deleting this config and take a look 
to the new messages.
