So why can't you create three different server entries called office1,
office2 and office3. This will have as a result the creation of 6 files:
/etc/openvpn/tls-office1.conf that will use the office1.crt and
office1.key certificate and private key and /etc/openvpn/office1.up

Same thing for office2 and office3. Isn't that what you want ?
