There are no limits to MNF other than what your hardware can do.

192.168.1.1/100 is not a valid CIDR notation, MNF is not crashing, but the 
firewall service is not going to start with an incorrect network put into it.

MNF download is the full product, it is not really for commercial use, but 
there are no restrictions to prevent you from using it as such.  The big 
thing that you get with the version from Mandrakesoft is full support, well 
worth it if you are not a firewall guru.
