this has been answered plenty of times:

1. shorewall clear on the firewall so you can access again the web
interface then remove the "bad" rule ......

2. the hard way: 
- shorewall clear
- edit the /var/lib/naat/configuration file and look for the RulesList
variable and remove, by hand the undesired entry ...
- do the same thing on the /etc/shorewall/rules file
