Yes, absolutely. The text has been modified using the feedback from the
list discussion — including explicit BCP 185 routing practices, the strict
infrastructure-only triggers, and a dedicated, independent administrative
quarantine framework.

A first draft of a policy proposal template was submitted to the Working
Group chairs recently. Some of the chair team have been out of their office
over these last couple of weeks. When they are able to review it, then it
will move forward. Once the text is passed to the RIPE NCC Policy
Development Office (PDO), they will formally assign a Proposal Number and
launch the official Discussion Phase.

I look forward to opening the formalized draft up for full community
discussion the moment the PDO issues the tracking number.
