Ocwen Financial Corporation requires an experienced engineer to provide multi-site/international deployment and support of firewall/vpn related security projects. Position: Firewall Security Engineer (Orlando, Florida) Job Summary: Candidate will: -Be responsible for managing and maintaining the firewalls across the company's enterprise. -Troubleshooting for internal and external issues. -Assists with the design of the Security infrastructure. -Serves as a technical resource for new projects. -Provides documentation and diagrams for Security environments. -Maintains an in-depth knowledge of industry best concepts, practices, and procedures. The successful candidate in this role will have excellent communication skills in the following areas: verbal, grammar, diction, articulation of ideas and general business knowledge. Requires high initiative and ability to work independently and according to strict schedules. Required- Knowledge of: -Various O/S: Microsoft NT 4.0 / 2000 / Sun Solaris OS -TCP/IP, DNS, SNMP, VPN IPsec -Packet filter and application proxy firewalls principles -Intrusion Detection Systems -Network security principles -Web server security principles At least 3+ years of security engineering experience with progressive responsibility and indication of continuous self-improvement in security/technology skill set.
