In addition, the qualified Security Superman or Superwoman will also be in charge of setting security policies, processes, and technology to set the security vision for our client. Communication skills are a must to help persuade and inform people throughout the company of potential security threats and methods to overcome those threats. The qualified candidate will serve as an internal consultant and will conduct audits and direct corporate security architecture. Requirements 1. MINIMUM of 7 years technology experience, with at least four years of major security and management experience 2. Bachelor's degree; MBA in security preferred 3. Strong technical skills involving network, Internet, application, operating system, security, and database technologies 4. Strong written, oral, and persuasive communication skills 5. Proven teambuilding and team leading experience in a fast-paced, highly technical environment 6. Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize 7. Experience in evaluating and recommending architectures and third-party solutions 8. Experience in managing either internal or external auditors or as an auditor 9.
