SECURITY COMPLIANCE MANAGER Primary Responsibilities: ~ Work with senior management to develop Information Security compliance and reporting function ~ Strong mentoring/leading teams of 15+ direct reports ~ Provide quantitative analysis of internal clients acceptance of and adherence to corporate Information Security standards. ~ Act as a liaison between the Information Security organization and internal clients in an effort to promote security awareness and acceptance Qualifications: ~ 5 or more years of corporate Information Security and/or Audit experience ~ Experience with the dissemination and evaluation of Information Security policies, best practices, standards, and guidelines ~ Ability to develop compliance evaluation metrics and collateral based on Information Security policies, best practices, and guidelines ~ Highly consultative nature, ability to understand internal clients? business models and operational risk ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills Jason H.
