Major Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this position will be working on a team designing and developing middleware supporting the user interface applications for the SMSS operations center. The responsibilities for this position include design, development, and maintenance of the supporting software; leading the team development in this area; researching new technologies and designs; and interfacing with our customer to define requirements. Position Requirements and Education: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A strong candidate must have expertise (7+ yrs) in Object Oriented (OO) design, C++, multithreading, ADO. C#, ADO.NET experience is strongly desired. Experience creating Windows applications, user interface design, database administration, and SQL is a plus. * There is no relocation assistance package being offerd with this position.
