1) Sorry, I don't know what's the implementation behind 
collection.storeResource() - but I strongly assume that I don't import 
all xml files in one transaction.

2) Again sorry,  but these xml files represent confidential business 
documents; I'm not allowed to distribute them. The problem is not the 
import itself, it's more about recovering my database after a power 
failure. Since this has happened I can't start my database any more.
