I have been searching w3.org trying to find a simple xquery update solution
to change order of the siblings but couldn't find it. Insert and replace
methods just don't feel right to me in such a simple operation. Seems
strange they did not think of it considering they do state sibling order is
significant as it is in my project.
Specifically what i need is an operation switching places (indexes) of the
two neighbor element nodes. Sadly, such an operation is bound to happen more
than occasionally in my work so i figured i'd ask you guys
