Hi Samer,

There is no prebuilt PHP driver for PHP 6.0-dev (obviously, since it's still
'dev'). I don't think existent windows PHP drivers (for 5.2, 5.3) will work
with it. Are you absolutely sure that you need PHP development branch? Are
you using it in production?
