Hi, I'm loading to a database xml files with encoding ISO-8859-1
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>

When I'm extracting-reading-quering these files characters like 'ø, å,
æ' are being transformed to something like this '¿½'.
When I'm pulling the files from the database (using SednaAdmin or
SDBAdmin) the xml declaration is changed to that
<?xml version="1.0" standalone="yes"?>.

Is Sedna converting the xml files automatically to UTF-8 prior to saving
to database?
Thank you for your time

My environment is:
Windows 7x64
sedna 3.4.66-x64
