It's not an error. Also It's ok that sometimes there is no this messages in
logs. And definitely there is no connection between performance and this
message.

Do you have unfinished read-only queries at this moments? What OS do you
use, what file systems (and its settings) do you use?

It's normal that not read-only queries can not be executed while checkpoint
is being created. It's also normal for checkpoint (and new not read-only
transactions) to be delayed until there are old unfinished read-only
transactions.

I will try using more logical logs, so that checkpoint procedure will not

What do you mean "more logical logs"? The only way you can try is to
decrease upd_crt value.

It's not true. There is no such limit. This parameter is legacy and I hope
it will be removed in the future release.
