Hello team. I have a problem with a bulk load copy from files generated from an external tools. The xmls are well formed but some nodes has this problem:
<modification_info modified_peptide="GASPNKTSHM(Oxidation)"mod_cterm_mass="131.0404850171"> There are not spaces between the attributes, and sedna launch a not well fomed exception. If i add manually one space the bulk load runs ok. Exists some configuration parameter to skip this problem?? I am working with the last release of Sedna (3.5.161). Thanks and best regards.
