Hello,

I am new to Sedna and have been playing with it for a few days and am really
impressed by how well it works. I am trying to access Sedna from Ruby and
installed the sedna gem. However when trying to execute the basic sedna.execute
code in the documentation, I get the error:

/usr/local/lib/site_ruby/1.9.1/rubygems/custom_require.rb:60:in `require':
libsedna.so.3.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory -
/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/sedna-0.6.0/lib/sedna.so (LoadError)
from /usr/local/lib/site_ruby/1.9.1/rubygems/custom_require.rb:60:in `rescue in
require'
from /usr/local/lib/site_ruby/1.9.1/rubygems/custom_require.rb:35:in `require'
from rubytest.rb:2:in `<main>'

I checked and the sedna.so does exist at that location. What am I doing wrong?
I am using Ubuntu 11.10.

Also, I would like to use Sedna in RoR. Does it work with Rails? If not, what
web app framework do people usually use when developing with Sedna.

Thanks.

Mark
