I've read the documentation and see what I need to type to create a
collection but do not know "WHERE" to type it.

Now at this point I've tried the following:
se_term -file createCollection.xquery testDB
createCollection.xquery contains the following:
CREATE COLLECTION testCollection
I receive the following error message.
SEDNA Message: ERROR XPDY0002
It is a dynamic error if evaluation of an expression relies on
some part
of the dynamic context that has not been assigned a value.

Any help in creating a collection would be appreciated.
