I am having a problem getting sedna to create a database. I run the governor which starts up but then when I try and call "se_cdb PATIENT_TEST_DATABASE" I get Error SE4211 Failed to create the database. I have not installed sedna but have all of the binaries in a bin directory and have that directory in my path. I also have all of the other necessary installed folder and files in the same directory with bin. The same exact setup works fine on my colleagues computer but does not work on mine. Am I missing something? Do I need a config file or something else on my local machine?
