The following site has some sugar free recipes, but mainly sells the
type products you seek - the sugar free condiments and dressings:

But you know, I've seen some of those brands in my grocery stores.

Ahhh...here is an open archives recipe from an egroups.com mailing
lists for a sugar free recipe of BarBQue sauce:

And the hint there is that the SugarFree mailing list might be a good
place for you to pose this question. :-)

As I noted, the archives are open, so you might search them for your
wants.

Here is a supplier of sugar free condiments, sauces etc:

Here is a substitution chart where you can take any recipe you find for
condiments and sauces and dressings and just substitute a sugar-free
sweetener:

If that URL happens to wrap, it is actually one long line.

And lastly, one of the most delicious condiments you can easily make
with fresh ingredients sans sugar are picante sauces and related dishes
such as pico de gallo, salsa, etc. Some of those recipes will have
sugar, i.e. but most will not. Sugar is really not needed in a salsa
or picante recipe.

Enter keywords: picante; pico de gallo; salsa;

...of course, try ketchup and other things and see if any sugar frees
come up.
