[SaF] "The Eleventh Edition"

I'm looking for a short story (possibly a novel) titled "The Eleventh
Edition".  The title refers to the famous 11th edition of Encyclopedia
Britannica, published in 1910-11.  I have no idea what it's about or who the
author is.

This doesn't have to be available on the Net.  I'd just like to be able to
find enough information to enable me to order it at the library.
