Well Peace, I frequent a site devoted to the Warner toons*, and
honestly even the maintainers thereof need outside help when it
comes to the tunes in the toons!
But really, Warners was and still is the owner of a pretty-darned
large catalog of music, which was mostly what Warner cartoons
relied on for their material,
And this song is apparently administered by a company called
Melody Lane, which AsFarAsICanTell is not part of Warner Bros.
