Thanks a lot for yr reply.I would've thought it of
thevery nature of our list that members help each other to have the
freest accessto the net provided they nbody infringes on the rights of
another.(by the way,nobody pays a cent for my access to the net,except
me and I pay over $100 a month exclusive of phone charges .And providers
here preclude video and audio claiming problems with bandwidths).What I
am after is merely the basic right to have unhindered access to the
information I seek to find but am denied access to .Thanks and best
